By accessing our website (furisaflyin.com) or using the grooming and boarding services of The Fur is A Fly'n, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
The Fur is A Fly'n provides professional dog grooming and home boarding services specifically tailored for dogs under 40 lbs (grooming) and under 30 lbs (boarding). We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that falls outside these weight limits or exhibits behavior that poses a risk to our staff or other animals.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for future services.
- Late arrivals may require rescheduling to ensure adequate time for your pet's care.
4. Pet Health and Behavior
By bringing your pet to The Fur is A Fly'n, you certify that:
- Your pet is up to date on all required vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella).
- Your pet is in good general health and free of communicable diseases.
- You have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues (including aggression or anxiety).
- We reserve the right to stop service if a pet becomes overly stressed or dangerous to handle.
5. Communications and SMS (A2P 10DLC)
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive communications from us regarding your appointments and services.
- Message frequency varies based on your appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.
- For help, reply "HELP" or contact us directly.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, working with animals involves inherent risks. The Fur is A Fly'n is not liable for pre-existing conditions, age-related issues, or unpredictable behavioral incidents. In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately and seek veterinary care if necessary. You agree to be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred.
7. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on breed, size, coat condition, and temperament. Quotes provided prior to seeing the dog are estimates only.
- Additional fees may apply for matted coats, flea treatments, or difficult behavior.
- Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
